On Friday 5th and Saturday 6th August, at 8.30 pm, Fabio Furia will perform with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Orchestra respectively at the Parco Piuma di Gorizia as part of the “Palchi nelle Parchi” – III edition 2022 and at the Candoni Auditorium in Tolmezzo in the within the Carniarmonie 2022 review, with the concert entitled “Tango Symphony”.

Strings, piano, harp and percussion blend with the unique and fascinating timbre of the bandoneon, sublimating themselves in an alternation of dancing motifs, melancholic, introspective and delicate sounds until reaching, with impetuous dynamism, very high peaks in the powerful and monumental finale.

The bandoneon, an iconic instrument of the tango, with its mysterious and passionate vein, in this program evokes the greats of the past through the compositional plots of the great Astor Piazzolla, going as far as the avant-garde of the twentieth century and more sophisticated jazz.

A dense and exciting project that, imbued with authentic emotion, leads the listener to the wonderful discovery of the bandoneon and the harmonious intertwining with the orchestra.
