AUGUST 8TH, NOTO, ANNA TIFU TANGO QUARTET

Sunday August 8th, 9.15 pm, the Anna Tifu Tango Quartet will perform at the Courtyard of the Jesuit College in Noto, as part of the 46th International Notomusica Festival 2021.

The ensemble will perform “Anniversary”, a program that celebrates the great Argentine bandoneonist and composer Astor Piazzolla for the 100th anniversary of his birth.
A show dedicated to the sounds of the Tango Nuevo, on the borders between fusion and contamination, tradition and innovation, in which the poetic force of music is combined with the talent and virtuosity of the artists.
The jazz harmonies and the most refined compositional techniques merge with the fascinating Argentine popular music, creating a perfect combination of past, present and future.
An artistic experience in which tango reaches its maximum evolution transformed and revolutionized.
